A Note on COVID-19...
We are fortunate as a state to be open for business! We would like to keep it that way so, precautions will be taken to limit the possible chances of exposure. The entirety of the summer session will be held outdoors which makes it easier to keep our distance. All of the hard surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly. All parents and players should self screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to coming to our facility.
Signs and symptoms include:
-Fever or chills
-Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-Muscle or body aches
-New loss of taste or smell
-Congestion or runny nose
-Nausea or vomiting
If symptoms are present please stay home.
Prior to the start of this Summer's session we will be screening all staff for signs and symptoms and will continue to closely monitor them for the duration of camp. We will be instructing our staff to follow hygiene guidelines and highly encourage parents to do the same with players. We have a "no contact" policy that will be carried out to the highest extent possible while maintaining camp operations.
During arrival time, warm ups, instructional circles, water breaks and any other breaks in play we will instruct players to maintain their distance. Stick high fives will take the place of fist bumps and handshakes. We will have hand sanitizer available and will instruct staff and encourage players to use it as regularly as possible. It is important to note that plenty of water will be available but, in order to limit physical contact with shared surfaces we encourage parents to send players to camp with plenty of their own.
Essentially... we will do what we can to limit the risk of exposure between players and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know!
