  • Open to all girl lacrosse players, regardless of club affiliations or skill level

  • Players sign up as "free agents" and are drafted to teams by coaches

  • When registering players will self-assess as Elite, Advanced, Intermediate, or Beginner 

  • To maintain a competitive level of play, players with less than one season of experience should register for the Cub Division

  • Games are played in 7v7 format on small-sided fields

  • Two games per week played on Saturday mornings between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

    • Exact schedule to be released 1-2 weeks prior to season start​

  • Cub Division: 1 hour clinic on Saturday mornings 9:00 am - 10:00 am

  • Teams play eight (8) games over four weekends

  • During the season, players have access to TeamSnap:

    • Mark attendance for games

    • Direct communication with coaches

    • Team group chat

  • We reserve the right to add, combine, and modify age groups, skill divisions, game rules, team placement, etc.

  • Registration Fee: $185

Part instructional, part scrimmage, and designed to introduce the sport to girls in grades K-12. 

  • Who: For girls in grades K-12 who want to learn how to play lacrosse

  • When: Saturday mornings: December 3rd, December 10th, January 7th, January 14th

  • What will I be learning?

    • Fundamental skills

    • Positions and Rules

    • Learn how to play Goalie! - please reach out if you'd like goalie-specific training

  • Players are grouped by age (Youth, Middle School, and High School)

  • Cubs do not play in regulation games but may scrimmage towards the end of the season if the athletes are ready
