How They Work
Our Youth and Middle School developmental teams are designed to introduce and reinforce the fundamental skills of lacrosse. We start by covering the basic skills of throwing, catching, shooting and cradling. As the season progresses we build on previous skills learned and systematically increase the general lacrosse IQ of our players along the way.
